Next page, under heading Public Comment on Pending Actions by the Commissioners, see Permit Applications: Comment about pending permit applications. Click on “pending permit applications”.
Next page, under Comment Online: type Permit Number WQ0010539001 and click Next.

Next page, click to accept the privacy policy, required to continue, then enter your information and your comment. Be very specific in your comments. Include information like how the permit would affect your personal and/or professional life, where you live in reference to the Old Golf Course, your specific reasons for not wanting two more effluent sewer water outlets in the middle of Clear Lake City. Be very specific in your comments.
When you are done, be sure to click Submit to TCEQ.
All comments, both online and at the meeting, will be taken into consideration in TCEQ’s final decision.

Keep your comments centered on the effluent sewage water to be dumped into the OGC at El Dorado. TCEQ is not concerned and will not rule on anything except the application to make two more sewer water outfalls into the OGC.
